This class is for the woman who already bakes sourdough and is ready to go a step further.
Sourdough 102 is an invitation to slow down again, this time with grain. To reconnect with bread in its most whole and nourishing form and to feel the satisfaction of feeding your family well. Gather around the table with women who are seeking the same for their family.

What you will learn
This class is designed for those with a base knowledge of sourdough baking.
You will learn
• The basics of fresh milled flour and why it matters
• The health benefits of milling grain fresh
• The differences between common wheat berries and how to choose the right ones
• How fresh milled flour behaves differently in sourdough baking
• How to adapt your current sourdough process using fresh milled flour
You will grind your own flour, make a sourdough loaf, and learn how to make simple sourdough crackers to enjoy during class.
