In this class you will learn the process of turning raw dairy into ricotta and mozzarella cheese. You will work with the milk by making your own mozzarella cheese to take home with you.

how to work with milk to create homemade versions of your kitchen staples
to ferment milk for gut healing beverages and food
to make two soft cheeses, mozzarella and ricotta
You will go home with your mozzarella cheese and a mozzarella and ricotta cheesemaking kit with instructional recipes.
Throughout class we will sample these dairy products.
Please bring these items to class
⫸Stainless Steel Stock Pot (8 or 16 quart will work great)
⫸ Large metal or glass bowl
⫸ Apron
⫸ Slotted Spoon
⫸ Covered dish to take your mozzarella home
