Hydrating, collagen rich, and dye free
A healthy spin on the nostalgic popsicle of the past.
Patriotic Pops
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
2 cups organic lemonade
1 cup full fat coconut milk in a can
1 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
4 scoops of collagen powder
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Assemble the layers
Blend strawberries with 1 cup of the lemonade. Pour the puree into the bottom of each mold, covering about an inch of the bottom. Freeze for about an hour. This is so the layers do not mix.
While that is freezing, combine the coconut milk, 1/2 cup of pineapple, and collagen powder and blend. Add this layer next then freeze for another hour.
Blend the last layer of blueberries, 1/2 cup pineapple, and 1 cup lemonade. Add this layer last and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid. 12-24 hours.
Slightly warm with hands or under water to remove the popsicle from the mold when ready to eat. Enjoy!
