Gracie’s Cheese Crackers

After school snacks can be a mama’s struggle. Our method to healthy after school snacks are to choose a few simple staple recipes that the girls can make on their own. This is one of Gracie’s favorites to make and we all agree these cheese crackers are better than the brand name or choices on the store shelf- especially warm out of the oven. Not to mention, in my house they don’t last long. One batch is gone within the same hour they came out of the oven so I suggest making a double batch!

Ingredients

2 cups chedder cheese
1 cup Young Living Einkorn Flour
1 TBLS water
4 tsp butter
1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and roll out the dough on a floured surface.

  • Cut into squres and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle with Sea salt.

  • Poke a hole in each cracker. 

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350
