Coffee & Maple Cream Gummies

Coffee lovers this is for you. These taste like coffee but with a coffee alternative that won’t leave you jittery. They also add valuable collagen for gut health.

Coffee & Cream Gummies

Coffee Layer

2 Tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin - sprinkle on 1/2 cup water and let bloom for 5 minutes

2 Tablespoons Dandy blend dissolved in 1.5 cups hot water

Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the hot dandy blend

Pour into silicone molds leaving room to add the cream mixture.

Let cool in the refrigerator until solid.

Maple Cream Layer

2 Tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin - sprinkle on 1/2 cup heavy cream and let bloom for 5 minutes

Heat 1.5 cups cream on the stove. Add in 1/4 cup maple syrup and a splash of vanilla. More or less depending on your taste preference.

Take the cream off the heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin

Pour over the coffee layer and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Let cool in the refrigerator until set.

Store in the refrigerator for a week.
