Weekly Coaching Sessions via Zoom for four weeks starting June 10th - July 4th every Monday at 5:30pm EST (so you can join from anywhere).

  • Focused attention on the three strongholds that keep us stuck. Stress, Food, Environmental and Emotional Toxins.

  • Weekly goal setting to help you move toward healthier habits. Your goals will be your homework.  We will keep each other accountable. 

  • Lively group discussions each week. Bring your realness. We will go deep. Be ready for truth. 

  • My newly released In-Tune E-book so you can review any information that was shared. 

  • Weekly emails with articles, resources, tips, and recipes. 

  • Facebook accountability group to stay in contact with those in your group. This will be the place I post the replay of the zoom if you can't make the live version. It is best to attend live so you can get the full interaction.
