There is a lot of information out there telling you what you need to do for your health, but no one takes the time to listen to your needs or to show you how to make changes. It is time to bridge the gap between the medical world, your life, and the woman you desire to be. No one else knows your body better than you.
As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I work with women who desire to become hormonally balanced.

Private coaching sessions take place either in person or via phone for long distance clients. Your individual needs are cared for with an individual plan just for you. Bring your broken and your messy to a safe place where you will be equipped to thrive in the elements of life. By combining faith, food, and kinship together we can bridge the gap between modern medicine, integrative practices, and get to the root cause of your concern.
I will coach you through twelve areas of life to help you lead a holistic and healthy life. You will break through emotional barriers, relationships, and finances: areas that are highly related to binge eating, stress, and other poor choices in life.

Individualized plan just for your needs
Our sessions together are client led. I do not give you a rigid diet or lifestyle plan to follow. Instead you learn to be in tune with your body by talking out your concerns and the areas you feel you want to change. We then make attainable goals together for you to work on between sessions. This way you will have greater success when you feel old habits creeping back.

During your initial consult I discuss any lab work along with your health history form. We begin to make connections to physical and emotional well-being and your current state of life.
Initial consults are 60-90 minutes depending on the depth of your health concern. From there I will create your six or twelve week plan.
